Requests

Let your employees request cards for themselves.

Requests allow employees to easily notify an admin when they need a card. They can request that a physical or virtual card be issued to them, which you can approve or deny.

Create a Request

Regular members of an organization can request a card from the dashboard, under "My Cards".

View Requests

Admins can view all requests made by employees in the requests tab. This is where you can edit, approve, or deny requests made by employees. Once a request is approved, a card will be issued to the employee.

Edit Requests

To edit a requested card's information before it is issued, you can hover over the "Requested Card" column in the requests tab and click the pencil icon. After a request is approved and the card is issued, you can only edit the card's information directly from the cards tab.

Approving or Rejecting Requests

To approve or reject a request, you must use the "Actions" column in the requests tab. If you are rejecting a request, you must provide a reason which will be shown to the requesting member. The rejection reason will be displayed when hovering over the question mark in the "Status" column of a rejected request.

We will automatically connect approved requests to their respective cards for you, which you can see by viewing the request details after it is approved. To do this, hover over the "Requested Card" column again and click the arrow icon to view the card that was issued.
