Issue cards for all of your employees with ease

Givefront allows you to issue both virtual and physical payment cards to your team members, each with its own set of controls. Cards and can enforce spend restrictions and spend policies for all transactions on the card.

Issuing a Personal Card

Cards can be issued at https://app.givefront.com/cards/create by organization admins and owners. When issuing a card, you will be asked to fill out the following information:

  1. Card Holder: The member of your organization who will own the card and be able to see the card details
  2. Physical or Virtual: Physical cards require you to specify a shipping address. Each member may only be issued one physical card, but can be issued unlimited virtual cards.
  3. Spend Restrictions: Control what kinds and how much spend is allowed on the card
  4. Card Budgets: What budgets is the card allowed to spend on, or can it spend on any budget?
  5. Spend Policy: Control when receipts and memos are required

The spend restrictions, policy, and card budgets can all be modified after creation. There is no need to issue a new card to change the controls.

Note

You may not need to issue a Physical Card to everyone in your organization. Virtual cards can be added to Apple and Google Wallets, allowing you to use tap to pay via a smartphone or smart watch.

Viewing Card details

You can view the cards issued to you on the cards tab. Admins will be able to view all cards in the organization. If you are the cardholder for a card, you can view the card number, by clicking on the card name to pull up the card display.

In order to view the full card number and CVV, you will be required to enter an additional two factor code which will be sent to your phone number. This is an extra security feature which can not be disabled.
